I am a full spectrum birth worker, death doula, Lactation Education Counselor, belly binding practitioner, restorative Yoga teacher, and Restore Your Core Teacher. In addition, I am a somatic practitioner, sound healing practitioner, Reiki practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and hold a BA in Psychology.
